Program Details
| This program is to ensure the safety and well-being of the youth and the community; decrease the number of youth coming into care and / or custody. This is a court ordered program that connects higher risk youth with a Youth Support Worker, who provides intensive support and supervision for the youth as set out by the Court System.
Program Goals:
- To support ans facilitate the youth's participation in court mandated activities and program.
- Addressing the youth's individual needs.
- Facilitating rehabilitation and reintegration into the community.
- Reducing the risk of re-offending.
- Monitoring youth's compliance with the court conditions.
- Assisting the youth to stay in their community and home rather than in residential or custodial placement.

Eligibility Criteria
| | Must be a youth 12-18 years of age. This program can only be accessed through a referral from the Minsitry of Children and Family Development (MCFD). |
